The first floor has hard-wood floors throughout and the modern and open concept merge the living room and kitchen. This allows all family members to enjoy the great entertainment center with HDTV. The upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, granite countertops and a large island breakfast bar. The two dining tables can accommodate 10 to 14 people for the best dining experience. The laundry room, powder room, & deck complete the package.
The second floor features hard-wood floors in the hallway and 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom with private deck has its bathroom en-suite. The bath for the large front bedroom is also en-suite. A hall bath is shared by the two rear bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony.

The reason I choose this location was for the beauty of the area, the proximity to/from the city of Philadelphia and the comfort of a brand new home. The townhome was built under our personal supervision and care.

I grew up in the Philadelphia area and my parents always took us to the shore in the summer. Wildwood, New Jersey is one of those places that will always produce those fantastic childhood memories on the beach and on the board walk. Today, I am proud owner of a beautiful spot in Wildwood Crest. This part of Wildwood is really a beautiful addition to the Southern Jersey Shore line.
