7 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath ocean view home in the North Forest beach area just 1 house from the beach.
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by an open floor plan and bright decor which is sure to please everyone in your family. The first level of the home features an open kitchen, dining room and the main living room with a 42" flat screen television and DVD player. The pool is accessed from this floor through the front door and also a side door in the living room. Three of the seven bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home.
The bedrooms on the first floor consist of the master bedroom and two guest rooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, television and private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, television and private bath with shower. The third bedroom also features a queen bed, television and private bath with tub/shower combination. There is also a 1/2 bath on this level.
The second floor also has an open floor plan, featuring a large living space with a pool table, wet bar and television. From this level you can enjoy the ocean views from a sitting deck off the living space. This level of the home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, television and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fifth bedroom features two twin beds, television and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The sixth bedroom features a king bed, television and private bath with a tub/shower combination. The seventh bedroom features a queen bed, television and a shared bathroom with a shower. This bathroom is also accessed through the hallway.
The home also has an elevated private pool* with a "baby pool" and a gas grill.
