This beautiful and designer decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is an end unit (southern side) on the third floor with panoramic views on three sides.
The condo is truly a beach front unit in the Capri Building. Our condo is a kid friendly unit that overlooks the Dunes Pool, has XBOX 360, three televisions, internet connectivity, WI-FI.
You will feel safe to let your kids swim in the Dunes Pool, while you enjoy a cocktail on the deck overlooking the pool. To the east is the Atlantic Ocean and white sand beaches.
To the north is Smyrna Dunes Park, Ponce Inlet, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Florida coastline curving north toward St. Augustine. To the west are the Florida Inter-coastal Waterway, Ponce Inlet Coast Guard Station, Disappearing Island and spectacular Florida Sunsets.

The condo includes a fully functional eat-in kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. All kitchen utensils, glassware, pots and pans, and dishware are included.
There are two furnished porches, washer and dryer, storage with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and 2 adult beach bikes, plus one child beach bike. You’ll find plenty of room to entertain guests or enjoy quiet times together.
The Minorca amenities are available just one minute’s walk out your condo entrance and include four tennis courts, club house, fitness center, heated Jacuzzi, and his and her saunas.
Another private pool and heated Jacuzzi are just out your door and nestled in spectacular landscaping. The beach is a four minute walk through the lovely Minorca Complex.
There is twenty four hour gated security and an access system in the condo lobby that lets you provide entry for your guests remotely from your condo. Covered garage parking is provided.
The Minorca Complex is about one and a half hour’s drive from the Disney attractions and one hour and fifteen minutes from the Orlando International Airport. New Smyrna Beach has many fine restaurants for casual as well as fine dining.
There is also great shopping on Flagler Avenue and Canal Street and several art museums available to visit. The Daytona Beach mall and Daytona International Speedway are just thirty minutes away.
Best of all are the beautiful white sand beaches of New Smyrna. Once you experience this beautify condo, New Smyrna Beach and surroundings, you’ll want to return again and again.

My husband and I purchased this condo in 2002. We spent months planning and decorating the unit. We reside in Orlando FL, have 3 kids, own two businesses, and have enjoyed our condo for 7 years.
Why the Owner Chose Minorca
I was born and grew up in New Smyrna Beach. My parents still reside there. New Smyrna is a lovely, quiet beach town. Our condo is close to my parents home. We always dreamed of having our own condo on the beach. When we came upon Minorca, we fell in love with it and made our dream purchase.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We work very hard managing our family and our businesses. Our condo is a resting place for us. We recharge the batteries when we are there. We unwind and completely relax when we are there. We have made so many lasting memories with our children throughout the years and some of the best memories we have are with the kids at the condo.
