This 1800 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with swimming pool, hot tub and enclosed outdoor shower includes a large back deck with lounge chairs,outdoor tables, and a large covered dock with swim ladder. There are two covered slips, the owners boat stays in one, the other is available for your use.
The home has been re-decorated and freshly painted for the 2010 season.
New 50” HDTV & DVD in Great Room along with Wireless Wi-Fi Internet Connectivity.
Sleeps 10, Queen beds in all bedrooms and 2 queen sofas in the Great Room

Best Lake Stay Ever!!!!!!

Family stayed for July 4th week last year. We had a blast!!! This was truly the best time of my life and was spent with just my family. The home is comfortable, not flashy. If you need flash and noise, I would go somewhere else. If you seek warmth, coziness and a sense of family, then this is the lakehouse for you. It is situated in a large cove on the westside of the lake which we had almost to ourselves. We fished, boated, kayaked, tubed, and skiied. It is conveniently located for sightseeing trips into Toccoa/Helen/Tallulah/Sky Valley areas. The pictures are accurate. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. The pool is very nice and situated perfectly for entertaining and for keeping an eye on the kids even while you prepare meals. The hottub is covered and is secluded from neighboring views, and relaxing there late night after the kids were asleep was absolutely divine. We had zero compaints about our stay. If I had the money and the owner would sell, the place would be ours!!!!! I highly recommend this home for large or small families or even just couples seeking some alone time.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
