The Ultimate Getaway in Gainesville!
This beautiful RUSTIC CABIN and GUET COTTAGE sits on almost 10 acres of Pristine hardwoods. The main house is just 50 feet from the waters edge with a lighted walkway to the covered boat dock with party deck on top. 1000 feet across the cove to the other shore line is all government land to insure a very private stay. The MAIN HOUSE features one bedroom with a king size bed; full bathroom and a leaving room with two (2) twin size beds, a dining area and a kitchen. The entire living room opens with double sliding glass doors to the screened in porch that faces the lake just below. The GUEST COTTAGE features a private deck overlooking the lake, one bedroom with a queen size bed; the second bedroom with two (2) twin beds and one full bathroom.
A size of our Bout dock is 28'x24'.
