The main house is just 50 feet from the waters edge with a lighted walkway to the covered boat dock with party deck on top. 1000 feet across the cove to the other shore line is all government land to insure a very private stay. The entire living room opens with double sliding glass doors to open to the screened in porch that faces the lake just below. This smoke free home has been rented to a total of 4 Atlanta Falcons football players(separate years) for the entire football season. The guest cottage has a private deck overlooking the lake, two bedrooms and one full bath.
