This is a totally unique house in the center on Manhattan. Private home in the heart of Chelsea. My home is filled with art and antiques. I work in a creative field, so the house is filled with imagination. I am a gourmet cook, so the kitchen is perfect for anyone who loves to cook and entertain. I have a huge private garden, filled with flowers and herbs, and a big grill for outdoor cooking.
The house is 1,800 sq. ft. on two floors. The bedrooms are large and sunny, one overlooks the garden. There is a washer & dryer in the bathroom. Everything you could possible need for a lovely summer is here. I am within a few blocks of all the major subways. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and shopping. I would prefer a European couple, or possibly two couples. I would like to rent the house for all of July and August, as I will be away.
