The Captain Willis House is the perfect vacation getaway for large groups and family reunions. This newly renovated home is in a terrific location within a five minute walk to Scotch Beach, The Block Island Club, the dinghy beach at the Great Salt Pond, and a mile and a half to both Harbors! Offering commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean and The Great Salt Pond from every level and from the wrap around covered porch.
The first floor has a large open living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room with TV. The dining table seats 14. There is also a front parlor with comfortable chairs and TV. There is a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a queen size bed. These bedrooms share a full bath in the hallway.
The second story has two bedrooms with twin beds, one bedroom with a king size bed and two bedrooms with queens. These bedrooms share the two full baths in the hallway. There is also laundry facilities on this floor. The views from this level look straight down Crescent Beach to town.
The outside living space offers a large around porch with rocking chairs and a table for eating or games. There is also a deck to the rear of the house that has lounge chairs and a picnic table. The house has two acres of rolling lawn that is perfect for football games and horsing around!
