Sitting ¼ mile off the road, Laguna Country House (~4000sf) is located on 20 forested acres, enjoying complete quiet and privacy, along with spectacular views of vineyards and forest. Wildlife abounds on this property and you may find deer grazing near the house and wild turkeys hurrying their chicks across the driveway. The house is a meticulously restored 1897 Victorian farmhouse, complete luxury in period style. The enclosed kitchen and formal dining room are off the living room. The dining room opens to the wraparound veranda. Also off the living room, there's one bedroom, which opens to the veranda and cowboy tub, and a half bath. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms (one does double duty with an office and sleeper) and two more bathrooms. Outside the kitchen, there are terraced decks, outdoor kitchen and dining, and stonework spa.
