In our spectacular top floor condo, with every room designed to capture the stunning views and the tropical breezes you’ll find first class accommodations and amenities. Whether you are enjoying your infinity pool or the on-site pristine beach or the luxury of your condo or the beauty of the landscape or the warmth of the local people we invite you to experience the charm that is Huatulco.
The Condo - Our brand new luxury top floor 2500 square foot, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom plus media room condo is air conditioned, wheelchair accessible and serviced with an elevator. The living area is open plan with retractable glass walls for an open indoor-outdoor living space containing large comfortable sectional furniture.
The bedrooms consist of; master suite with king size bed, ensuite bath, LCD TV, ocean view and balcony; second bedroom has 2 queen size beds, ensuite bath and LCD TV; third bedroom has 1 full/double size bed. The media room is equipped with a Home Theatre and also contains 2 convertible twin beds.
The dining area seats 12 with 8 at the main dining table and 4 at the balcony table. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a dishwasher, wine cooler, stove top and oven and large refrigerator/freezer.
Additional amenities include in unit washer and dryer, maid service available (daily). Butler, chef and provisioning service available at additional cost.
The Complex - Located on one of Forbes Magazine’s “10 Best Beaches in Mexico” (February 2009) in a gated complex with 24-hour security, parking, multiple swimming pools, 45’ sailboat available for sunset or day trip rental (captained) and two-minute drive to restaurant, shopping and nightlife.

I am an avid traveler and have visited many exotic locations worldwide and I fell in love with the Bahias de Huatulco area with all its beauty and quiet charm.
Why the Owner Chose Huatulco
With the simplicity of travelling through the Huatulco airport, the traditional Mexican family friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness and safety of the area, the pure diversity of local activities and the beauty of the area and beaches prompted me to invest in my own condo in paradise. There was no question that my family and I were going to be frequent visitors to Huatulco and wanted to offer and invite you a chance to share my condo in paradise.
