Have a wonderful beach vacation in this 4 bedroom, 4.5-bath, Port Royal townhouse on Hilton Head Island! The raised duplex style of The Lyons complex makes each townhouse an end unit and allows for ample covered parking underneath the buildings.
One flight up the outside stairs brings you to an old fashioned porch, with inviting plantation rockers, that overlooks both the complex pool and the landscaped common area, which is reminiscent of an old town green.
Upon entering, you will be delighted by the tastefully appointed newly decorated interior with its predominately beachy coral colored motif. A very bright and open great room begins with the living room area, which features a built-in bookcases, a 32" flat screen TV/VCR/DVD/CD Stereo, and a comfortable overstuffed seating group.
Across the room, the formal dining area has a table with seating for eight and adjoins the corner kitchen, which is defined by a dining/serving counter with two barstools and features all full-size appliances, a built-in wall oven, and a generous amount of cabinet space. Also on the first floor are a convenient powder room and a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV/DVD, large sunny windows, and a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in closet, a large walk-in shower with a separate tub for soaking.
The second floor landing features a comfortable den area brightened by three sunny windows and furnished with a queen sleep sofa and love seat, and a TV/DVD. In addition, the second floor features three more bedrooms, each with a TV/DVD and a private bath; one has a queen-size bed, one has two queen-size beds, and the third has two double beds.
The Lyons complex in Port Royal Plantation is a small group of spacious, duplex townhomes clustered around a landscaped green area. This common area features a large pool-heated MARCH 1ST-MAY 1ST and OCT 1ST - DEC 1ST, a spa heated MARCH 1ST- DEC 1ST, and individual grilling areas in front of each townhouse. A short 4 to 6 minute walk on a paved pathway leading down to the beach featuring a beach house with rest rooms and a playground for the kids. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Guests can enjoy one hour of free tennis per day at the Port Royal Raquet Club .
