Location, Location, Location - An island retreat perfect for singles, couples or small families for a quick get-away or an extended stay.
The condo is one bedroom, one bathroom, with a combination living/dining/kitchen. It has been recently remodeled with new carpet, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets and countertops and tile floors. There is a coin washer and dryer and off-street assigned parking. It accommodates up to four adults. The condominium is available for nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals.
Condo is less than a block away from the beach with Lifeguard stand at end of street. The local grocery/coffee shop/surf shop/ice cream parlor and restaurants are conveniently across the street. Excellent gym with weight room, massage therapy and tanning right across the street- free passes available. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfer, surfboard, bicycle and boat rentals. The fishing pier is just a short walk down the beach strand. There are four places of worship within walking distance of the condo.
Located on "the loop" a paved walking/running trail approximately three miles long that you can enjoy for exercise which goes around the middle of the island. Within this trail is a recreation area consisting of a park with tennis courts and other outdoor activities.
Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.
