New kitchen, wood floors, paint, all new furniture, all new bathroom fixtures, etc. Great views of the ski area and Mt. Crested Butte. 3 Large flat screen TVs (one in each bedroom & one in the living room with Blue Ray & DVD). Sleeper sofa in living room is a Queen with a high quality mattress. King bed and 2 twins also have high quality, upgraded mattresses. Only a 30 yard walk to the lifts and the kids ski school.
Bus service is right out front. Large lobby area on the main floor has a front desk, great pizza restaurant and bar. Covered parking, ski storage/locker rooms, tennis courts, sauna and hot tubs are part of the complex.
This is a great location and a fantastic property for your winter or summer vacation!
