Our family of four enjoyed this place and the rest of Kiawah immensely. The pool was heated for us and maintained regularly. The house was clean and neat and it was easy to gather together or spread out as needed. Kitchen was good, porches and deck were beautiful. Felt very private and wonderfully peaceful. A great place to relax or swim or walk or bike or play golf. It was as good as it looked in the photos.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were beyond thrilled with this property! The home is beautifully furnished, well equipped for home cooking and BBQs, and has cool AC and quick wireless internet. The layout is perfect for larger families with an open kitchen, large family room, bedrooms well spaced out, many bathrooms, a screened-in porch and huge master bed and bath. The pool is large, clean and private with lovely shade trees. The cul de sac was secluded, so we felt safe letting our three year old ride her trike around. There's even a bobcat who will make an appearance in the wooded property out back, and some resident deer. The owners were very responsive to us when we had questions about childproofing and pool safety. The only thing to point out is that there are stairs leading up to the front door, so people with mobility issues should take note. We are eager to rent this delightful property again! Thank you, thank you, thank you for the ideal Kiawah rental.

My family has been traveling to Kiawah for 20yrs now and we needed a larger home...this was the PERFECT place to start another round of memories. Wonderful location, short walk to beach, beautiful home decorations...it was everything we needed and so more than we expected. We made the decision half way thru the trip that this was our new family vacation home for the next 20yrs...Let me also mention that the house was equiped with everything you needed to cook, BBQ etc!!!! We had a blast and recommend this home to ALL..... Thanks so much!

We rented this house with another family and had an amazing time. The number of bathrooms a real plus! Having the pool in the back was great since the water was a little farther away then we thought. Renting bikes a must when you have kids with you. The rental agency was very friendly. Owner was very helpful when we had an issue with wireless and called right back. Kitchen very complete...we didn't lack for anything! Will definitely be back. Only downfall was be couldn't bring our dog.

When we first arrived after sunset at this beautiful home in mid December, we had a reception committee of three deer awaiting us. We loved the bucolic setting of the house and its proximity both to the ocean and to the green-canopied "alley of oaks" for cyclers. The house itself, spacious, well furnished, with all systems (including internet) in excellent working order, was a marvelous setting for a Christmas / New Year's stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation for a week in your lovely home. We had never been to Kiawah, and loved seeing the lush landscape, deer and even the gators ! Your home is beautifully furnished and we had lots of fun in the pool and on the deck. Thank you for a delightful, happy week !

"Heaven" is the only word that comes to mind when describing our Kiawah vacation this year. I've been visiting Kiawah for 19 years, and I have to say that this home was my absolute favorite! The home has a wonderful layout and the kitchen is well stocked. The master bedroom made for a wonderful private retreat when we wanted some time alone.

A wonderful home and location on Kiawah! Our family has been vacationing at Kiawah since 1978, in many different accommodations, and this is our favorite! The peaceful setting, the beautiful pool and deck, the large kitchen, the terrific floor plan, as well as the accessibility to the bike paths, make it the ideal set-up for families (especially being on a cul-de-sac...great for the very young bike riders). The home is very well-maintained, with lovely furnishings - we are looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great property that really invites you to relax. The layout makes so much sense and is great for family entertaining. House opens out to a very nice pool directly off the kitchen/living room. Loved It!!!

This location and home was our families most enjoyable vacations. Kiawah offers so much to do-bicycle riding, walking the beaches, eating the most delicious seafood. This home added a wonderful amount of pleasure to our vacation with the private pool, spacious living areas, private bathrooms and a screened in porch with a ceiling fan and beautiful outdoor furniture. Be sure to order your bicycles early to ride all the bike trails on the island and go to the grocery/restaurant on the island for a quick meal. Charleston is so close-be sure to see the USS Yorktown & see the historic streets and homes, we were so impressed. Bring a beach towel and a camera to this wonderful home!

Excellent house, pool and location. The house was spacious, well-kept and up to date. The pool was large with trees shading at least part of the pool all day--very nice. It was great to have a good-sized pool to use without paying the extra fees required for the Island pools. We have three kids under 6, so we were happy to find that the owner has made the access to the pool pretty well child-proof if needed. I would highly recommend this rental residence.
