Ocean Front condo brightly decorated with beach decor. Unit has been repainted in 2010. New updates include a flat screen TV with a surround sound system that is iPOD compatible. New all leather sofa (very comfortable), new box springs and mattress in the master suite as well as a new "memory foam" pillow top mattress cover for extra comfort and an additional flat screen TV in the master suite. Unit also includes a bunk nook perfect for young children. Master suite has a whirlpool tub. Bathroom has just been "gutted" and redone with a ceramic tile shower which added more space. Shower has a handheld and a separate shower spray for added luxury. Sink and cabinet have been replaced and have been raised. Condo also has new crown molding throughout. Two new hair dryers have been installed, one in the bathroom and one in the master BR. There is also a make up mirror installed in the BR. Kitchen has a new microwave (2010). Dining chairs have been reupholstered. Unit has private wireless internet. Private Deck with Bistro chairs and table. Fully stocked kitchen. Linens provided upon request. Non Smoking.

The privacy of the deck which is rare on OIB, allows for us to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean views and breeze without listening to conversations near by. The pool is large and the hot tub on the deck is awesome.

Unit very clean and pictures were accurate. Unit in walking distance to restaurants, putt putt, shops and arcade. Nice view of ocean, quiet with large balcony. Beds very comfortable. Owner very pleasant to work with and welcomed questions. Sharkys and 2nd street bar great place to eat, family friendly
