New all leather sofa (very comfortable), new box springs and mattress in the master suite as well as a new "memory foam" pillow top mattress cover for extra comfort and an additional flat screen TV in the master suite. Unit also includes a bunk nook perfect for young children. Master suite has a whirlpool tub. Extra closet space (owners do not use the designated "owners closet") allowing more space for the guests.

The privacy of the deck which is rare on OIB, allows for us to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean views and breeze without listening to conversations near by. The pool is large and the hot tub on the deck is awesome.
