The Bayview Grand is the ultimate in a Paradise Vacation and the best beachfront location on the Pacific side of Mexico. Marina Vallarta is Mexico's most sophisticated marina and one of the most popular in the country. It includes an 18-hole golf course, 500-slip marina and along the Marina boardwalk are numerous shops and boutiques, galleries, and cafes and restaurants. If you prefer to have an evening or a day in town then a taxi ride will cost you approximately $12.00 (120 pesos).
This condominium is very spacious, bright and airy as shown by the pictures. The balcony is almost double the size of the ones on any of the higher floors giving you an extra room. It is amply furnished to allow you to get the most enjoyment from using the balcony as well as having a hot tub for your pleasure. The condo is air-conditioned with ceiling fans in every room. There is a large TV, DVD, and radio system in the living room with additional TVs in each bedroom. The views out over the ocean are spectacular. You will enjoy a perfect vacation in this beautifully decorated and furnished condominium.
Enjoy early morning walks on the beach listening to the surf, swim in the Pacific warm waters, 80-84 degrees year round, and savor the most exquisite sunsets you can imagine. Weather can only be described as picture perfect.
The Bayview Grand facilities are exceptional;
Two beautiful beachside large infinity pools, as well as two shallower pools for children; two large palapa snack bars for pool side food and beverage service; Beach palapas and luxury chaise lounge chairs are steps from the pool-side.
For the athlete in all of us, there is an excellent, fully equipped exercise gym with state of the art equipment, Spa with massage therapist on staff, steam rooms and Jacuzzi's, separate for both men and women, flood-lit tennis court, games room with pool table and card tables.
The Palma Real, a Trent Jones designed Golf Course, is across the street and the Marina Golf course is about 1 km away down the boulevard.
