This house was a perfect fit for our family. Steve provides everything you could possibly need for a family with small children (bedrail, highchair, stroller). The tasteful furniture and artwork displays makes you feel right like you live at a friend's home and not in a rental condo. We couldn't have picked a better place for our stay.

We spent the week on the Big Island because I had a conference to attend at the Waikoloa Hilton. The house was a great alternative to the Hotel since we have two toddlers. The house was emmaculate and there was plenty of space for me, my wife and two kids. Great views from the lanai and deck of the ocean. The local store was just 5 minutes away and we stock up on food items there. The house have everything else including a washer/dryer and beach going gear. Really great beaches are close by by car and we even drove over to Hilo and back in one day, visiting numerous waterfalls on the road trip. I would definitly rent the house again the next time I come to the Big Island.

This was my second time vacationing in this home. Both times I had an incredible stay. The home has EVERYTHING that you would ever need and more. We used their boogie boards, cooler, fins and snorkel gear during both stays. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance, dish set, and kitchenware that you would need. There is an abundance of towels, and sheets. The cupboards were also stocked with almost any childs game you can imagine. During this latest stay we encountered a small problem with the dryer, I informed the owner, before heading out for the afternoon, and found a new one in its place when I returned. This house has amazing views overlooking Pauko and the Kohala coast’s most amazing beaches (Pauko, 69’s and Hapuna to name a few). I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing or adventurous vacation. The house is perfectly located, with easy access to all of the roads leading each part of the island. I will be staying there again.

Last May, our extended family had such a great time staying at this house, that we all wanted to do it again! So we all came back for another 2 week stay in September/October this year. Everything was as good as we remembered it. Clean and comfortable, well maintained, with beautiful sunset views. Thanks again for making this great vacation house available.

This beautiful spacious home is in a neighborhood with a golf course. The views are breathtaking! This house is about 25 minutes from Kona, about 2 hours from the National Park with the Volcanoes. If I remember correctly, it is about 1 1/2 hours to the south end of the island, which is the lowest point in the US. This is a wonderful rental and close enough to anything to drive back and forth in 1 day. The owner was wonderful to work with. Out of respect to the owner, we did shut off the A/C each time we left and he was correct in that the unit cools the home very quickly. We had a wonderful time and thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

My husband and I have been to the islands many times, but usually stayed in condos nearer to town or the beach. I wanted to stay up on this end of Hawaii so we would be closer to the best beaches, have the best sunset views and be comfortable. It was not disappointing. And for the price, I could never have touched a condo for that down in Waikoloa! The place was fully stocked with all the beach goodies you would need and it took us less than 15 minutes from here to the best beaches on this island. I want to stay here again, if I don't retire here first and find my own home here. It was quiet, cool and the little town had everything we could want. We did have to drive down to the beach for the fancy restaurants, but we would eat lunch at Merriman's Cafe in King's Court and then eat supper at Kamuela Provisions, Hapuna Beach Princess' Canoe House and had hoped to be treated to the Four Season's Hualalai, but the tsunami changed those plans. However, on the Big Island I am never disappointed. There is always Costco and we cooked up dinner several times with local fish and fruit.

The house is clean and well kept an as described, we were nervous using VRBO for the first time, there was no need; the owner was very easy to get on with. We had a great vacation for the week. The house was exactly as described, and had lots of extras so we could travel light and purchase only what was needed, the grocery store is just down the road and had everything. The neighborhood is very quiet, great for sleepin’s, the house is nicely decorated, clean, with comfortable beds, flat screen TV, and beach extras. I recommend this property, we had a great stay!!!

We rented the house for our daughters to compete in the 1/2 Ironman. Wonderful accommodations, everything was exactly as listed. Steven was very responsive to all of our questions, needs and concerns. I would definitly recommend this home to any friends and relatives. We would love to return as we felt so comfortable in this setting. It was nice to return to a home cooked meal after spending the day on the beaches, and to prepare for the 1/2 Ironman. Very quiet neighborhood, so relaxing.

What a great vacation rental! The house was everything it was advertised as and then some! Six of us (3 generations of our family) just returned from a 3 week stay. The house was more than comfortable for our extended family, with easy acces for my parents and room to play outdoors for the kids. The house is clean and well kept. very nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, a nice, big flat screen TV with satellite, super-freezer A/C, and lots of go-to-the-beach extras. Steven was always quick to reply with answers to our questions via email and telephone. Everything was SUPER! We'll be back.

Simply the Best! Great house, great location, great owners!!! The layout is perfect for either a couple or family/friends. The house is super comfy, spotlessly clean, with great features. Steven & Crystal take great care of this home and it shows. This is our 5th trip to the islands and we will always stay here in the future. Icing on the cake is the fabulous rate. Don't pass this house up.

This is an excellent property and I would highly recommend it. The home is spacious, comfortable and clean!! It has a wonderful panoramic view of the coast below and mountains to the side. The sheltered patio is a welcomed retreat from the mid-day sun, while the deck is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening star gazing. We have stayed in coastal resorts in Maui numerous times in the past and found that being away from the noise and traffic made this vacation much more enjoyable (the short drive up the hill was a nice buffer). A great home on a beautiful island.

WOW, this is a great place to stay. You have all the comforts of home at your finger tips. It's a nice quiet lot with a beautiful view of the ocean. And you are so close to the beaches in the area. But you have all the quietness of being home when you go back to your rental. It was more than I expected which was so nice. At such a great rate we would stay again and again. Jani
