Wailea Ekahi 34B has undergone a transformation! Renovations started early in the summer and will included paint, 2 newly tiled baths with rain glass showers, new furnishings, new kitchen & bath cabinetry, and granite countertops throughout. New bedding and living room furniture was recently added as well. It is finished and now you can be one of the first to experience it!
This Maui vacation condo has long been a favorite of our rental guests. Many return year after year to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean and greenbelt views.
For those of you that are new to Wailea Ekahi, the greenbelt is a landscaped grassy area that runs through the middle of the complex and leads down to the beach.
For seasoned Ekahi rental guests, you know that 34B sits right in the bend of the greenbelt. It feels as though you are the only one around as you gaze through the gardens down to the blue Pacific Ocean.
The water beckons you to come play – with breathtaking ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and spacious lanai.
Lanai is the Hawaiian word for porch. 34B’s tiled lanai runs almost the full length of the condo and can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room.
There is ample dining and lounge seating out on the lanai, pool and beach toys, and a propane gas grill. Bougainvillea flowers surround the lanai and add a beautiful splash of color to our breathtaking ocean views.
There is a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom with luxurious new linens. The brand new living room sofa bed provides additional sleeping options for friends or family.
We can provide a futon to accommodate families whose children prefer to sleep in separate beds as well. Just request it when you book the condo.
The dining room has ample seating with a comfortable dining set and 2 bar stools that face the kitchen…though most guests still choose to sit out on the lanai! There is also a desk in the dining room that houses a free high-speed cable internet connection.
Whether catching up on some last minute work or sending an email to a friend, our free high speed internet allows you to stay as connected (or disconnected) as you want to be during your Maui vacation. :-)
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (both large and small), dishes, glassware, silverware, dishtowels, pots, pans, storage containers, etc.
There are little touches throughout the condo that will make for a comfortable, rejuvenating stay. 2 cable TV’s, a remote controlled stereo, new split system air conditioners with individual controls in the living room and bedroom, and a wonderful lending library – just to mention a few.
Wailea Ekahi Village makes it convenient for vacation rental guests and owners to find a place to relax. Besides the comfort of the condo, you have 4 pools on property to choose from.
3 are designated “quiet” pools and are conveniently located throughout the complex. The 4th, larger main pool and pavilion faces the ocean and fronts the soft sands of Keawakapu Beach. This long beach stretches from Kihei into Wailea.
Just past the outcropping of lava rock on the Keawakapu’s south end is the unofficial start of the “Wailea Beach Walk” – a path that runs between all the major hotels and the beach. Most of it is paved, but not all. It is a great spot to run, jog, or even take a romantic walk after dinner.
