In summer, at our doorstep is hiking and world class mountain biking trails, or a more leisurely stroll or bike along the dyke trail, all with stunning mountain views. Bike along the flat, quiet valley country roads and admire the horses and farms surrounded by the majestic mountains.

A short walk away is beautiful One Mile Lake, where you can picnic and swim from the beach or the docks at the park. Big Sky, the award winning Bob Cupp designed course is a short 5 minute drive away. The rivers in the Pemberton valley, and nearby Lilloet Lake and Anderson Lake offer stunning boating opportunities or day trips.

In winter, North America's best downhill ski mountain, Whistler/Blackcomb is a short 20-30 minute drive away. Or, cross country ski from our doorstep, and play shinny on One Mile Lake. Endless snowmobiling trails abound just a few minutes drive away.

Stroll from our door to several cafes, restaurants, and a convenience store. Pemberton itself has everything you need for your trip: a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, spa, bike store, and gift stores. At the end of your day, unwind at our quiet townhome on the edge of town, and enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and forest.

Why the Owner Chose Pemberton

Our townhome is at the village limits, facing unobstructed views of the mountains and forests, with mountain bike and hiking trails right from our doorstep. There is even a beautiful lake with a park and beach for swimming just a short walk away. For more leisurely walks and bike rides, or horseback rides, the valley dike and trail system is also right out our door. A convenience store, cafes, restaurants, and community centre with a brand new fitness centre are also within a short 10 minute walk away.

The townhome has a two car garage, perfect for secure storing your skis, mountain bikes, golf clubs or snowmobiles, with two more parking spots right out front. The townhome is very family friendly, located on a quiet, large cul de sac, perfect for safe kids biking, with a beautiful playground at the end of the cul de sac.

Our family dreamed for years of having a place in the mountains, near Whistler. We fell in love with Pemberton, located 30 minutes from Whistler, a beautiful farming valley surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It is outdoor heaven: in summer, some of the world's best mountain biking and hiking trails from our doorstep, and in winter, downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Our townhome complex is perfect for children, with a quiet, flat, large cul-de-sac road for safe biking, and a playground.

    • We had a really good summer holiday in this clean and well equipped home. It is nice and quiet in a residential area but with local stores and good places to eat nearby. It's a great base to explore the lakes and mountains of the area. Anyone who wants to be doing outdoor activities without the tourist crowds will love this area.
