Amazing and Beautiful Vacation Home

We stopped in Folly on our road-trip for just a couple days, but it was by far the best part of our trip. This house was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need or think of! It was so nice to have dishes and appliances for use at our convenience and the numerous board games and books provided great entertainment when it rained. The house is located right across from the beach, so it was wonderful to be able to walk there and not worry about sand in the car. They also provided bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, and various boards to play with in the water. This was great for us as we didn't have room to pack any of those things. It is also located just a few minutes from the restaurant scene in Folly, which was such a wonderful time! Enjoyed many places in Folly. Super close to Charleston as well, which we loved exploring. This rental provided everything we needed for our vacation and we highly recommend it!! We will definitely be coming back!

Our son was graduating from the Citadel and many family members wanted to join the celebration. This house was a wonderful base for our week together. We loved how so many extras were included--laundry, dish, bath, and hand soap; linens, towels, huge inventory of dishes, washer & dryer, bikes, big gas grill, beach chairs & umbrella, and outdoor shower. It was so close to the beach! In fact, after we arrived, we convinced our niece to bring her 3 children to just stay at the house and use the beach--even though the children wouldn't do the graduation stuff--and we still had room. It was a bit of a drive to get to downtown during peak travel times, but worth it. Lynn, owner, was great. She knows the meaning of hospitality and obviously puts money back into the property to keep her guests happy. There were new countertops. Everything freshly painted. New sidewalks and driveway. This rental was worth every penny. We would love to come back!

Excellent in all respects. Clean, across the street from beach - walk to store, pier and downtown. Gracious and friendly Owners. The pictures do not do the property justice - it is even prettier in person. We accidentally left our bathing suits and Lynn mailed them to us right away. We will be back. As a frequent traveler I can honestly say this is a wonderful property.

We were in town for spring break.This house was wonderful, its just a short walk to the beach and there is an awesome view of the ocean.It has everything you could possibly need.A short drive to Charleston and area attractions.We really enjoyed riding the bikes. This was a vacation we will always remember!

Great Family Vacation Close to the Beach!

We stayed at this lovely house for a week long family vacation. It was me, my husband and our 3 kids ages 9,8 and 2. We were so close to the beach, it was nice to be able to go back for the house for anything we may have forgotten or for snacks, lunch etc. Also, it was an easy walk for our 2 year old. The house comes with absolutely everything you would need: grill, bikes for zipping around the block or to the store, and toys for the beach! There is a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry. We made many of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen, but also went to some of the fun restaurants in town! The kids loved the bunk beds, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We had a nice day in Charleston, which was only a 20 minute drive. It was great to have internet access, we could look up info on local events on our laptop. We loved the deck off the living room on the second floor, it was huge and nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning planning the day! From the deck on the third floor you could check out the beach and the surf. The owner was great, gave us all the info we needed, and a way to reach her if there were any issues. No issues though! Just a great family vacation which we will always remember. We hope to get back to Folly Beach soon, and if we do we will certainly stay at this house again. It played such an important role in making the vacation awesome. Thanks so much!!

Foley Beach is a wonderful location for a vacation. The beach house was the perfect fit for our family. It included ever amenity we could of wanted. From washer/dryer to surf boards/beach chairs and everything in between. And we slept 8 easily with room to spare. It was decorated in classy beach attire w/ a beautiful kitchen and attached eat-in covered porch. We walked across the street onto the beautiful white sandy beach! Also, within walking distance were restaurants, a pier and cute little beach stores. Not only did our family have an incredible vacation, we created memories at the beach house that will last a life time! Hopefully, we can do it again next year. Lastly, the owners, Lynn & Keith, were terrific to interact with. They couldn't have made our trip any easier. Sincerely, The Pittsburgh Bunch!

Absolutely Relaxing Stay

We were in town for three days to attend a wedding. The house is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. We especially liked the layout - the lofts and multiple decks were great. The huge screen porch with large dining table was a plus even though we didn't get to enjoy as much as we would have liked due to our short stay. We liked having bikes and surfboards there available for our use. We're already planning to return to the house in fall with a group of friends. Folly Beach is laid back and beautiful. Also, we accidentally forgot a couple of items and Lynn, the owner, was nice enough to mail these things to us - thanks a million!

Our family stayed here while celebrating a Citadel graduation. The house was great...fit our needs perfectly! It was exceptionally clean and fresh. Everyone had their own space, yet we were all together. Love your big eat in kitchen! Seems like everyone ended up hanging out in that area during meal/munching time. Of course, after dark, the east-facing porch was great for watching the full moon rise over the ocean. Our only regret was lack of time! We had so many wonderful Citadel graduation activities that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the beach! Hopefully, we can one day return to your lovely beach house!

We were in town for a wedding for a friend from high school and made it into a girls vacation. The home was perfect! Everything was spotless, the beds were comfy, and Lynn was very easy to work with. It was the perfect house! We are definitely going to make it an annual thing! The beach view isn't too shabby either... :) Lynn was even kind enough to mail back our things that we had forgotten in the house. All around a top notch experience!

A few friends and I rented this house over Easter week and I couldn't have been happier. The house is really clean and spacious, and there are plenty of beds. The owners were such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a fun, relaxing, stress-free time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there in a second. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at this beautiful Folly beach house. We will return in September. I can't speak highly enough about the house, the family who owns it, and Folly Beach itself. The house has everything you could ask for at a very decent price. The family is the nicest people I have ever rented from. As for Folly Beach, I live in a beach resort in Rhode Island and still come down to Folly twice a year.

Searched the internet for a great place for a girls weekend with family members ranging in age from sixteen to seventy two! This house caught my eye and my instincts were right! We all had a great time in this clean and comfortable home that offers wonderful ocean views from the spacious decks. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the large kitchen and the screen porch was a great place to gather for conversation. Nice washer/dryer available for use, as well as five bikes, and coolers for trips to the beach. As stated in the owner's description of the house, the spiral staircase may make it difficult for older adults to access the third floor and I agree. The owner was super nice and extremely easy to work with. We did not want to leave. Thanks for allowing us to make memories in this lovely beach house.

Our stay at this house was everything we hoped for and more. The house was in good shape, clean and had everything we could ever need. The location was great, the beach was less than 100 yards away. The Folly Beach area had many restaurants and attractions to keep us busy. I would recomend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing week at a quality beach.

My family spent a week at this wonderful beach house. I think it had the best views on the whole street. The decks gave you awesome views of the beach and ocean without having to be beach front. The huge fenced in back yard was perfect for our kids to run and play. The house was beautiful, clean and very roomy. The kids loved the loft and third floor. Close enough to the shops and resturants on Folly that we could even walk to them. And Charleston was just a short drive. It made for a wonderful family vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We have actually rented this house twice. Once last fall around this time of year which was perfect, enough to set our wedding date of this past May. We went back and were married in the yard in May and it was equally as perfect. The owners were awesome to work with as well as their daughter who stopped by to tend the yard. The house was comfortable and ultra clean...which I am a stickler for!

I came into town for a long weekend with two other couples and ran across this listing. I must say, this truly is the perfect beach house...the house has three amazing porches and a very large back yard directly across the street from the beach. The owner was awesome to work with and I will definitely be back in the future. For the price I do not believe you can beat this home....I highly recommend if you are traveling to the Charleston area. Josh

I stayed here with my 17 year old daughter and her 3 friends. We loved the house. It was very clean and roomy. The girls stayed in the 3rd floor bedroom and loved the deck with the view of the ocean. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. It was quiet and relaxing. The screened in porch was great for evening relaxation. We enjoyed using the gas grill for our meals. It was a short drive into Charleston for a day of fun. Tons of things to do there! Nice shops and restaurants in walking distance of the house. Owners are great to work with. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Folly Beach!

This house has it all and it's just a quick walk across the road to the beach...We don't want to talk this house up too much because we want to keep it all to ourselves!! The owners are super to work with and this house is not only really cool...it's totally immaculate! You'll love it! The 3rd floor has an awesome view of the ocean as well.
