Home is located only 750 feet from the beach (just over a block, beach cart provided and NO main streets to cross!) and it's on a cul-de-sac overlooking the lake. With a private pool, hot tub, charcoal BBQ grill, basketball goal, full size pool table, fish cleaning table and porch swing all on-site your biggest challenge will be where to go to relax first. Grocery store, restaurants and boutique shipping are within a mile and the neighborhood has an Olympic size community pool and 4 tennis courts within 2 blocks of the house.
You'll enjoy 3200 sq ft of living space with great room, den, game room, 3 master bedrooms, 3 additional bedrooms and 2nd & 3rd level decks with ample seating on the front and back of the house. Home can be set-up for 5 master bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens, 1 duo bunk & twin bunk) Everyone will be able to help with meals in the huge well-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, loads of counter space, island breakfast bar and access to the deck overlooking the pool---you won't want to miss watching the sunset over the lake while enjoying dinner on the 3rd level deck! If you finish reading the books in the master bedroom library, you can enjoy the TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo systems in the great room (LCD HDTV & Blu Ray), den and game room (plasma TV & Blu Ray), TV's in all bedrooms's & the kitchen. HD Digital Cable, WIRELESS high speed internet and unlimited long-distance (US) are provided for your convenience.

About the owner: We love to get together with the whole family and even though we consider doing something different, we always end up at our Outer Banks Beach House.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Sands, Section O:
The Outer Banks is our favorite beach destination. The beaches are beautiful, un-crowded and there is always a breeze. The family loves being able to have everyone stay at the same location and we have plenty of room for everyone to be together or to find a quiet place to themselves. Having the private pool & hot tub are a huge plus, but the kids love having access to the community pool and tennis courts just 2 blocks away. We also love being on the lake and having the option to do activities like kayaking, fishing and turtle watching just steps from the front door.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We always enjoy climbing to the top of the Currituck Lighthouse, visiting the Corolla Historic Village & Whalehead Club and seeing what's new at the Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education just a short drive away. The convenience of being within a mile of the grocery stores, boutique shopping, restaurants, Currituck Club Golf Course, miniature golf and the kid's grand prix race track & skate board park always provide us with plenty of things to do when we need a break from boogie boarding and relaxing on the beach. A trip to the 4 wheel drive area to see the wild horses is always a highlight of our visits.
