Lifeguard protected beach at end of block. Eight beach badges available. Beautiful water loved by all. Ride the waves, collect shells, sea glass. Go for long walks or just chill out and enjoy! When you return to the house a great outdoor shower with a large dressing area is there for your convenience.
Another short walk takes you to the bayside of LBI and "Sunset Park." Here you will find excellent playground facilities for all ages, tennis, basketball courts, a full size ball field for family games. A pier for fishing and crabbing and the bay beach offers kayaking if interested. A gazebo for viewing terrific sunsets. Concerts held weekly, do a picnic supper and dance away.
Our house is on an oversized lot, which allows for safe children's play and on site parking. There are three decks--North, East and South views, offering sun and shade through out the day. Indoor and outdoor dining are serviced by the full size kitchen. The dining room seats eight and the adjacent deck seats six. On the front deck,(So.) there are deck chairs, chaise lounges, as well as a table and four chairs for lunch (cocktails).
All rooms have individual air conditioners. The comfortable living room has full TV facilities. The first floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with two twin size beds. The second floor has a King size bed with a bath, and another Queen size bedroom with it's own deck. The washer/dryer are on this floor.
A kid friendly house with a comfortable homey feel to it. Don't miss out. Have FUN!
