Enjoy the westside sunsets overlooking with views of park and ocean as you vacation in your fully furnished condo. We are the only 3 bedroom apartment and Penthouse located in the vicinity of BeachWalk and Lewers Avenue.
This condo is located across from the Hale Koa Park and the new Donald Trump Building. Located on the 11th floor. This is an older, comfortable building and does not have a pool. The building was built in 1952 - one of the original hotels on Beachwalk. Great location and walking distance to nearly everything – the best Waikiki Beach, Surfing, Shopping, and Dining.. just step outside the building and you are in the best part of Waikiki.
Includes parking and has a coin laundry located on the 2nd floor and a stackable w/d in the unit. The bus line is steps to Kalakaua and can take you anywhere you want in Waikiki in case you don’t feel like walking.
Sip your morning coffee from the spacious lanai. Nicely furnished outdoor lanai living.. watch the beautiful sunsets, rolling surf, canoes/kayaks paddling into the ocean or the Friday Night Hilton fireworks display. Best Seat in the house for this weekly event.
The full size kitchen features granite counter tops, new appliances that include full size fridge, new stove, and dishwasher. In addition it is stocked with a rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils – everything you need to cook.
