From the front room you can look across the street to the majestic Bolinas lagoon teaming with wildlife including some of the best and diverse bird watching in Northern California as well as the numerous seals that come to the refuge of the lagoon.
Just a short walk down the street are four tennis courts and the lagoon entrance separating Seadrift from Bolinas.
After a long day on the beach or exploring the little town of Stinson Beach, return to the house to enjoy the sunset on your private deck or relax in the hot tub.

Having grown up in the Carmel area and now living in Northern California, Stinson Beach combines the best of Carmel and Big Sur yet with better weather and a more inviting beach environment. As a family, we always enjoy a trip to the beach any time of the year as each season has its own rewards.
Why the Owner Chose Stinson Beach
Stinson Beach is a convenient get away location to the entire Bay Area- 15 minutes from Mill Valley and only 45 from the Golden Gate Bridge. As a family we always enjoy time away at the beach. With so many wonderful outdoor activities such as Surfing, Kayaking, Biking, Tennis, Basketball, Hiking, Bird-watching and Beach-combing in the area, there is no shortage of outdoor fun to make your stay memorable.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love to take walks along the lagoon and on the beach. Seadrift is ideal for biking as it is flat with little traffic. The kids like to ride down to the four tennis courts or in to town for a soft ice cream. We never tire looking for sand dollars, enjoying a sunset on the deck, or falling to sleep with the waves crashing in the background.
