You will be minutes from the beach and just steps away from Camp Watercolor! This new, upscale home is the perfect place for a family retreat and will comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
The airy great room, kitchen, dining room, and bar are located on the wide open second level. It's the perfect place for family feasts or entertaining friends.
You can enjoy cooking in the oversized gourmet kitchen or on the outdoor grill. Just outside, the wrap-around porches offer great views and are a fabulous place to unwind after a day at the beach.
This home has 2 king master suites each with a private porch and large flat screen TV. On the first floor, there are 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds.
A separate den has a queen pull out sofa bed, 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. The office is equipped WI-FI and laundry room with Bosch washer and dryer.
If you need get away from it all, climb the spiral stairs to the third floor. This huge carpeted room offers the perfect spot for kids to play. Other home amenities include, outdoor sitting areas, two outdoor showers, off street parking and bikes for your enjoyment.
What makes Watercolor so special is the world renowned beaches and world class amenities. Guests of all ages can enjoy the beach club, 3 community pools, playground, tennis courts, miles of nature trails and access to the boathouse where you can rent fishing equipment and kayaks to navigate Western Lake.
Enjoy unique shopping and dining in the nearby villages of Seaside, Rosemary and Seagrove Beach.
