Off the living room is a large deck with tables, chairs and lounges. There is a large air conditioning unit on this level.
Lower level has an entry foyer, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms with ceramic tile floors. There is also a washer and dryer. In one bedroom is a queen size bed and TV.
Two bedrooms each have two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms.
There is off street, covered parking, an outdoor shower, a private yard with a gas grille, picnic table, umbrella, chairs and a lounge.
Available Summer and first two weeks of September. Families only.
