The common area clubhouse provides you unlimited use of the health club, locker room, and steam room. There is a theater room, billiard room, and Clubhouse Party room with kitchen and wet bar for use.
All these rooms are available for you to use. You may also reserve them with the onsite manager for a private party if available.

The spacious Master Bath features an all glass oversized shower, Jacuzzi soaking tub, beautiful marble counters and custom cabinetry. The walk in closet provides plenty of space.
The second bedroom has a large queen size bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom / den provides a sofa pull out for additional sleeping.
Two indoor parking spaces are provided and are conveniently located near the lobby. Building management oversees an office in the lobby as well as in the clubhouse area and is available to accept packages and provide a variety of concierge-type services. Professional security is provided as well.
Bonita Bay is a gated community and offers many extra curricular activities such as lighted tennis courts, fishing piers, children's playground, a 12-station cardiovascular exercise area on Imperial River and canoe and kayak launches.
A private Beach Club on Estero Beach, which is owned by Bonita Bay, can be accessed by taking the shuttle Bus provided by Bonita Bay during certain seasons. The bus stops right in front of Esperia South.
The Beach Club provides lounge chairs, restroom/showers, charcoal grills, and gazebo with picnic tables. Bring a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. Food and beverage concessions are offered in high-season.
Walk down the beach and enjoy Doc’s, a local restaurant directly on the beach, which also offers parasailing, wave runners and much more.
Bonita Bay is located 15 minutes from Downtown Naples which provides high end dining and shopping. Coconut Point is located 5 minutes from Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs and is a Lifestyle Center providing Outdoor Dining and Shopping.
