This gorgeous free standing villa has unique architectural styling and is finished with native teak and stone. It is located in the upscale neighborhood of Playa Langosta, just minutes from the popular town of Tamarindo.
It is part of a gated community called Courtyard Villas that consists of just ten villas and is directly across the street from the beach. The interior courtyard is lushly landscaped and has a soothing and attractive water feature running down the middle of the courtyard.
The first floor of the villa features a private pool, the master bedroom, living room with TV/DVD and full kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is furnished with American GE stainless steel appliances and opens to an outside propane grill and extra dining area. Also on the main floor is a washer/dryer and a half bath. The second floor contains two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The rooftop is truly special with a hot tub, lounge chairs, eating area and outstanding views. This is where everyone really unwinds and relaxes!
This property is only about 45 minutes from the Liberia airport which has flights from many cities. You are immediately accessible to spectacular surfing, canopy tours (zip lines), world class sport fishing, diving, excellent restaurants in walking distance, national parks, volcanoes and much more.

Family trip for month of February

This condo was great! My husband, 2 year old son and myself stayed in the condo for the month of February 2011 and loved it. There was so much space for our son to play. He loved being able to swim in his pool. The courtyard was beautiful and was an added element of entertainment for the 3 of us. We spent many hours on our porch with our son playing in the courtyard waterfalls. The roof top was even better than the pictures. You could determine the tempature. We used it as a pool to stay cool in the day and heated it up for the evenings. Hiddden Realty was perfect to work with. They made every interaction simple and complete from the day of booking until the day we left. Every person that worked there from Maria the house keeper, Gustovo the security gaurd, to Javier the grounds keeper and Marvin over the pools / jacuzzis were so kind and enjoyable to be around! I can't say eneogh about this property. We had a car for two weeks and walked to town with our son the other two weeks almost everyday. There is a grocery store next to the condo that had just about anything you need. The ocean was amazing with beautiful sunsets daily.
