Both Master and 2nd Bedroom bathrooms are remodeled. BRAND NEW CARPET throughout the living, dining room and bedrooms tastefully highlights our NEW furniture and decor. Our living room includes DVD/VCR and a NEW 42" Flat Screen TV!
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, TV & VCR, with a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck. The Master bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower & Rain shower fitted with safety bar and NEW counter & sink. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and TV.
Relax on our back deck overlooking the ROBERT TRENT JONES golf course. Kick back in Adirondack chairs, read a book or take in the surroundings on our freshly stained deck. The view from our deck is one of the better views in Queens Grant, offering beautiful scenery with a true sense of privacy. The community swimming pool is located just 30 yards off the back deck. A community BBQ grill at the pool comes in handy for cookouts. A pond and lagoon are very close to our villa, offering boating and fishing opportunities. And or course, The BEACH is a short walk away.

Palmetto Resort offers a seasonal (April to September) door to door free shuttle service, DUNES BUGGY and takes you anywhere in the Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove area.

Why the Owner Chose Queen's Grant
Kris & myself (Michael) feel that Palmetto Dunes is the perfect resort, and Queens Grant has the best central location. We are a short walk away from the Robert Trent Golf course, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Resort and General Store, can easily walk or ride our bikes to the beach, or in the same amount of time visit Shelter Cove with its restaurants, shopping options and marina

Drinking coffee from our porch overlooking the golf course. Walking 30 yards from our back deck to the swimming pool. Enjoying privacy yet very convientently located.

My wife & I were born and raised in Binghamton, NY and still reside there. We both enjoy tennis, biking, hiking, skiing/snowshoeing (winter only!) and spending time with our children Allison-15 & Noah-11. I am the owner/manager of the Binghamton Tennis Center where my wife is the pro shop manager. Our facility includes 6 indoor courts, 8 outdoor courts, swimming pool but no beach! While we love the rolling hills and beauty of upstate NY, when we first visited Hilton Head, we fell in love with the place.
