  We very much enjoyed our stay at the comfortable villa on Hilton Head Island. It is spacious and well equiped. I recommend it.

  The villa was very well appointed and quite comfortable. The location was super for us providing easy access to all the things we were interested in such as tennis, Alexander's restaurant and the General Store. The walk to the beach was further, but we enjoy walking and could be there in about 15-18 minutes. The owners were fantastic to deal with and we are already looking forward to our return in 2014. There is an abundance of restaurants on HHI. Our favorites include the aforementioned Alexander's, The Smokehouse and Frankie Bones, all of which offer a wide variety of choices on their menus and are moderately priced. We would highly recommend this villa to family and friends!

  All of the positive things we had read about this villa from other reviewers on VRBO were absolutely true! The furnishings, the locations, the amenities--all were wonderful. The clean and spacious villa is beautifully decorated with all of the linens, cookware, appliances, and utensils you need, as well as a gas grill for cooking out on the deck. The chairs and bodyboard to take to the beach were an added extra and were appreciated. The villa's central location on Hilton Head Island made it so easy for shopping, golfing, sightseeing, dining out, and for biking and walking the paths throughout the island. (You can bike to nearly anyplace!) The nearby General Store is also handy for forgotten items as well as for breakfast/lunch. We loved the fact that the beach is such a short bike ride and/or walk away, and we took advantage of that daily. The villa's owner was kind enough to provide valuable information about various features of the area like local restaurants, and was quick to answer any questions/concerns we had prior/during our stay. He also arranged for 2 hours of free tennis at the nearby outdoor Tennis Center every day, which is a great deal if you play. All in all, we had a fabulous experience on "fantasy island". We will definitely be back!

  We loved our stay at this villa in Hilton Head. The back deck faces the golf course with a nice view - it was a wonderful relaxing place for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the 2 hours of tennis daily at the Palmetto Dunes tennis center that you receive with this rental. The location is central to many activities on the island. The furniture is comfortable and the unit is spacious. The owner is easily accessible for questions and help. We will definitely stay here again.

  This accommodation was absolutely wonderful, and the weather was just as great. Enjoyed the location and the ducks in the pond. The bike riding thruout the development was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property.

  My husband and I rented this unit for a family wedding. It is simply HUGE! it was only the two of us and we were just amazed at the size. Our favorite thing was the patio that looks onto the golf course. Sitting out enjoying coffee or a cocktail, you are far enough back to be private but the view is amazing and tranquil. At any time during the day, an overhang provides enough shade to sit outside in comfort. The unit overall is very nicely furnished-contemporary, large furniture and still the unit has so much space! We also played tennis and the center is very nice. We played on clay (a treat for us) and my husband payed to join a cardio tennis class and loved it. The location is very nice as well, a short ride to the beach or out of the plantation.

  We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo! Everything was so comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the great view of the golf course from the back patio. On Tuesday night, we were able to see the fireworks at Shelter Cove from the golf course behind the villa! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved our time in this condo at Hilton Head and hope to return again next year!

  We had a fabulous family vacation at the Queens Grant Villa at the beginning of August. The villa was beautifully located, very clean and adequately equipped, making our stay comfortable and hassle free. Pictures don't do it justice. The owner was absolutely helpful in providing necessary information whenever I needed it, and was a pleasure to work with! I would certainly recommend the property to anyone, and will most definitely rent from him again!

  We recently stayed at your beautiful Queen's Grant property in Hilton Head. The villa is both beautifully maintained and updated. The week we arrived, the owners had just purchased new furniture in the living room and installed a keyless entry pad on the front door. That makes it so much easier than carrying keys around! The villa is centrally located on the island, so that you can get to all areas of Hilton Head...that is if you ever want to leave Palmetto Dunes! The Dunes has everything you need; several pools, restaurants, tennis courts, golf, bike rental and of course the beach! Everything is within walking distance, but there is a shuttle service to use, as well. I had many conversations with the owner, before we actually committed to the property and once we made our deposit. He is friendly, accommodating and patient. He was able to answer all my questions and sent me tons of suggestions on restaurants and local activities. My husband & I would recommend this property to family & friends. Which I believe is the highest possible recommendation you can give! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

  It was lovely and peaceful. The back deck has a great view. The kitchen is huge and the kids loved it too (stools at the counter!). We liked the dining room. The pool is just a few feet away but becuase it is around the corner, you don't hear or see it. You only see the peaceful green of the golf course. Our favorite parts: bike riding on the beach and clay-court tennis every day!
