Three excellent golf courses are located on the property with discounted rates for late afternoon tee times. Bikes, canoes, chairs on the beach are all available to be rented. The landscaping, pool, baby pool are all in perfect condition.
The villa is in fantastic shape. All the one bedrooms at Windsor Court South have the same floor plan but we think ours is the most comfortable with tile floors and HD TV, new furniture...

Owner Description
We live in Atlanta and love the fact that travel is all four lane highways to the island. The island has a very high percentage of second homes so this leaves the best restaurants with short waits 9 months of the year.
Why the Owner Chose Windsor Court
Hilton Head Island is more family oriented than cities we looked at in Florida. The island also has a fall and spring season that are very comfortable with very little humidity.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We bring our own kayaks, golf clubs, and bikes and stay on the beach as much as possible. The beach is long enough to ride for miles! Bike trails traverse through the all the communities if you want to ride under the old oak trees.

The condo was exactly was described. It was beautifully furnished without the "cluttered" feel that some beach condos have. It was just my husband and me, but we loved having all the space. Because the condo is at an angle, the sun never directly hit the balcony which meant we could enjoy sitting out there for breakfast and enjoy it throughout the day without "cooking" in the sun. We would definitely stay here again. HIlton Head and the condo are worth an 11 hour drive. The owner was also great to work with in the rental process. Until next year....
