I live in Northwest Illinois and enjoy vacationing in Ft Myers when the unit is not rented.
Why the Owner Chose Crown Colony Golf & Country Club
10% of the total rent is due at signing of lease with 40% due 60 days prior to rental. The remaining 50% due 15 days prior to arrival. Florida sales & tourist tax is 11% for rentals less than 6 months. Rental payments can be paid by credit card, cashiers check, or wire. Temporary membership of the Golf & Country Club is available at a transfer fee cost of $200.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The unit is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The condo is located within one block from the secured rear entrance gate which makes coming and going very easy and quick.
