This beach, golf and tennis retreat is situated on the first floor overlooking Shipyard's golf course. The villa is located a short walk from one of South Carolina's finest beaches along the Atlantic Coast. Colonnade's pool and hot tub are a few steps from the front door. Tennis players have access to the highly acclaimed Van der Meer Tennis Academy, a short distance from the villa with daily stroke clinics, camps, and plenty of courts. Golfers can enjoy the 27 hole Shipyard golf club or many of the other golf courses in the island. For those looking for exercise or adventure, discover the beautiful Shipyard Plantation by bicycle on many miles of paved walkways. If fishing is your pastime, cast your line in the lagoon coming up to our villa, or take advantage of the many tours to the Gulfstream.
This villa features an outside, private balcony, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The villa is tastefully decorated with new furniture, bedding, and window treatments.
The laundry room features full size washer and dryer. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable service. Wi-fi internet is provided. There are also DVD and VCR players. A stereo is available with iPod jack. You can make free local and US long distance calling. The villa's kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances.The dining area has a table that seats six.
We offer 2 full size bicycles for your use during your stay.

Shipyard is a well known plantation, with wonderful amenities and its beach is beautifully maintained. We love the Van der Meer tennis facilities and the golf course at Shipyard. We have spent the last three summers at this plantation and can't wait to go back again.

My wife and I had a great week at your lovely villa. It was adjacent to the beach bike path. We used your bikes frequently all week. All the comforts of home and more. We denifitely want to return again soon.

We had a great time during our stay in June. The villa is cozy and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. We loved the close proximity to the beach and appreciated the use of the bikes. My young boys enjoyed the alligator sightings in the lagoon and wanted to stay forever. The villa had everything we needed and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Hilton Head.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children.

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head last week. Shipyard is a great place to stay and Sandy's condo was just a perfect fit for all of our needs. It's in a great location, nice, quite, and close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The golf is also great, I suggest getting a 3 or 4 round package at the club house (very resaonable). We also suggest the Alligator Grille. Food is "5 star" and kid friendly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just spent a delightful week in this wonderful unit. The decor was warm and inviting and you felt at home instead of in a rental. Everything was clean and updated and we had everything we could need. The parking pass for the beach was an added bonus. We will absolutely stay here again as we visit Hilton Head every summer. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
