DESCRIPTION OF UNIT:
Three bedroom, two bath condo features a master suite with king bed, second bedroom with queen size bed, and third bedroom with bunk-beds (double on bottom, single on top). Larger loft unit with vaulted ceilings and a pull-out queen futon is also available for larger parties. The custom kitchen includes breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, numerous appliances and all the kitchen utensils you need to make a delicious meal should you decide to eat in (we also have a folder with great restaurant recommendations if you want to eat out… you’re on vacation, after all!).
NOTE: Includes a 12' x 30' covered boat slip, on-site boat ramp and on-site trailer storage at no additional charge.

Why the Owner Chose Camdenton
Here’s our story . . . Mike and Chris, from Overland Park, Kansas, purchased a new family vacation home at the lake in December 2001. They both love to water-ski, swim, boat, and just hang out by the water. Mike and Chris wanted their children (ages 10 and 12) to enjoy the same great fun-in-the-sun water experiences that they were blessed with growing up. It didn’t take long for Mike’s Dad, Bob, and his wife, Virginia, to visit the lake and realize what a smart decision their kids had made! They decided to buy a condo in the same condo complex . . . Cedar Glen. Although Bob and Virginia live in the Chicago area, they are very familiar with the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks area. Bob lived there for a while as a teenager, teaching water-skiing at Tan-Tar-A and working on his tan. Now he’s enjoying chasing his grandchildren around the pool and looks forward to seeing them enjoy all the water sport ventures!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love this part of the lake not only because it's the area where Mike and his father, Bob, grew up vacationing, but because it is one of the few places where the water remains relatively calm and uncluttered from the big boats commonly seen further up the lake. We get to enjoy plenty of water sports at all times of the day and week, hikes in nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park and lots of sun and swimming in the pool that we can see from our deck. It's also nice being close to Camdenton and all of it's shopping and dining amenities.

What a wonderful place. You provided all we could ever want. Such fantastic sleeping arrangements. We love the loft addition, with video games for the kids.
