This rental was a great value. It is at the center of Music Row, and just a short taxi drive to Broadway. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything necessary for a short stay. We will be back!

-Stayed in this condo for 2 weeks 5/11 - 19/11 was everything it says on the tin! Clean, so comfortable, views over music row fantastic with trees the lovely colours of autumn. Bedrooms so comfortable, lots of space for the four us. Walked downtown to Broadway in 20 minutes to the bars, restuarants and great music, music, music day and night. Taxis easily available around $8 downtown to condo. Free bus on Demonbreun to take you locally around town. Car hire at Access (5 mins away)- good value. Necessary if you want to visit Franklin, Lynchburg etc. Recommend Chuys Mexican restaurant on Division (five minutes walk). Dan McGuiness worth a visit (just across from roundabout). Margaretaville and Baileys - downtown - really good meals. Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame - a good day out. Nashville folk so friendly, helpful. Would recommend Rowtop to anyone wanting to visit Nashville as an extremely clean, comfortable and accessible base. CMA brought the crowds on the 9th which added to the atmosphere. Try the Farmers Market - open every day. Also info from Bridgestone Arena very helpful and staff can't do enough to help. Really good holiday - definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. The best part is the bath and shower. It is so relaxing and big enough for two. We had a wonderful time. We took friends who hadn't experienced the Nashville scene and it was perfect. We have booked it again to spend our Christmas Holiday (visiting our daughters who live in Nashvile area). Thanks Rebecca and Aaron. It's a great place.

This condo was great. Perfect for all the downtown activities with the cma fest. The swimming pool was nice too, never busy. The view from the window was right down music row. Peaceful and nice with good food walking distance away.

This was our first time at a VRBO property and based on our stay at this condo, it will not be our last. The condo was exactly what we had hoped for. Great location, very comfortable beds, very well maintained, and an outstanding view. We would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. We are already talking about our next trip to Nashville.

The condo was exactly what we expected. Clean, nicely decorated and as others have commented the beds were so comfortable. It is a short car/taxi ride to the downtown area and there are a few restaurants and pubs just a block or two away. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described and was in excellent condition. The place was comfortable, clean, and the linens were high quality. The location cannot be beat if you want to walk to music row or Vandy, and it was a quick drive to downtown (under 2 miles to the Country Music Hall of Fame) and the hip Belmont area. Great fish and chips at Dan McGuiness Pub just a few hundred yards away. Perfect base for tourists or folks in town for music business. We will definitely stay again!!

The condo was in a great location - right in the heart of music row and convenient to the interstates, downtown, and great restaurants and nightlife. The building lobby could use some updating\improvements, but the condo itself was surprisingly nice! It was immaculate, nicely decorated, very quiet, and had a great view of music row's recording studios, etc. I usually don't sleep well in a strange place, but the beds were so comfortable and the condo was so quite I slept better than at home! We want to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the awesome pool area and walk to some of the nearby restaurants and enjoy their outdoor seating. Thank you so much for all your help. Your place is awesome!

I try to rent private accommodations whenever I travel and have to say, I can't say enough about how great this condo is!! Location Location Location!!! Right on Music Row, minutes from down town and the airport, lots of access to food nearby. The condo is so nicely decorated, and has everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. We stayed pretty busy with so much to see/do in and around the Nashville area, but we did have one day of down time. To my surprise I found the Xbox!! The only thing would suggest is a cheap printer in the condo for printing attraction/tour tickets purchased online. We remedied that by going to a nearby hotel to use their printer. I also have to give a shout out to Nashville, the people are so nice! We will definitely stay here on our return to Nashville.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great and answered all of my questions before arriving. There is a small park a block away along with and some nice restaurants and bars. It’s about 15-20 minute walk to music row or 5 minute cab ride. We also met a one of the tenants that was very nice and he recommended some local places. We would rent this condo again when we come back. We had a great time. Thanks again for letting us stay!

We spent five days here to celebrate our anniversary #41. The place was very comfortable and could easily sleep six people. The dining area was large and gave us an extra place to sit and read on the futon. The view of Nashville from two large windows was very nice. it was good to be able to easily walk to the places on Broadway and enjoy "the scene," but return to our nice, quiet condo at the end of the day. The history surrounding the building and the pool made us feel like we really were visiting Nashville and seeing country music history first-hand. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed for our stay. There are several eateries closeby and we enjoyed the Irish pub with its shepherd's pie and steamed cabbage. So much to do in the area! Very safe. Nice park adjacent to the pool and good, well-lit parking under the building. Couldn't have asked for anything more! There was even a nice bottle of chilled wine waiting for us. That and the jacuzzi tub were welcome sights after a long day of sightseeing and playing tourist. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We stayed at the condo and it was very very nice and exceptionally clean. We walked everywhere and caught the free trolley just blocks from the condo. Dinner at the Irish pub was excellent as was the food everywhere in Nashville. We took a tour with Tommys Tours and would highly recommend, for the price it can't be beat.

The apartment was really nice with good views over Nashville. We met some cool people who lived in the block - most of them were musicians, so it's a really good place to stay if you're a musician and want to make some contacts, and of course the building itself has a rich history! We enjoyed many afternoons relaxing down by the pool and it was one mile away from all the honky tonks and bars down on Broadway. There was also a strip nearby with a few bars within walking distance. Whenever we come back to Nashville we will try and stay here again if it's available!

What a wonderful condo! Stayed with 3 adults and 3 children, and had plenty of room. The pool was amazing. We had the pool to ourselves from 7-5 each day as everyone was at work. The building super was wonderful, providing directions and history of the building (formerly a hotel). The condo is very centrally located, and is only a mile walk to downtown. Awesome experience, we would stay again. Our sincere thanks to Rebecca for fitting us in between bookings.
