Very nice 2 bedroom in scenic Seascape(gated community) with 5 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court and The Joe Lee Golf Course. In the middle of Seascape you will find a beautiful lake surrounded by the golf course and a walking bridge that can be crossed to get to the beach.
There are five pools (one of which is heated for you snowbirds!!)If tennis is your game there are ten courts, as well as the services of a tennis pro to give you lessons, at an additional cost.
Our condo looks out on a beautiful two acre pond with lighted fountain. There are plenty of fish in the pond so come catch one!(Florida fishing license required.) Beautiful flowers and palm trees and one of the five pools can be seen from our well-appointed patio.
Condo is nicely decorated with many personal touches. It has recently been given a face-lift (we should all be so lucky!) back the good old days. Nostalgia peeps her head out in almost every corner.
Our master bedroom has a queen bed with a lovely reading area; the second bedroom has twin beds and there is a full sleeper sofa in the living area. Washers and Dryers are located right down the stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the normal amenities as well as a blender, microwave and coffeemaker.
Our condo doesn't permit smoking or pets, so you won't have worry about odors or pet hair. This condo is a family condo, and does not rent to anyone under 25 years of age
