Situated Cliffside on a striking oceanfront location, Villa Jamie is a fully air conditioned four bedroom villa built on two levels with a media room/office, offering plenty of room for family and friends. On the main level is the Great Room, and through archways, an elegant dining area.
Sliding glass doors open to the oceanfront deck and infinity edge pool perched dramatically over the sea, overlooking Hans Lollick island and sweeping views of the British Islands in the distance. Adjoining is the beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen, and just around the corner are two equal king bedroom suites with full baths, one on the Atlantic Ocean side and the other suite on the Magen's Bay side.
Opposite the Great Room is the main level master suite with its own smaller full kitchen and a double view: Magens Bay to the south and the Atlantic Ocean on the north. On Villa Jamie's upper level is the villa's second king master suite, and a media/home office with its own full bath. The upper king master suite is a luxurious oasis for two, with a private balcony on the ocean side and a private patio beneath a pergola on the Magens Bay side, and a luxurious bath with marble floors and shower overlooking the sea vistas.
Adjacent to the upper master suite is Villa Jamie's media room and home office, comfortably furnished with a large leather sectional which converts to a queen sofa bed, perfect for children. This room features cable TV and DVD player, movies to watch, CD's to play, plus an assortment of games for everyone. A corner desk has a DSL line for your laptop and a printer/fax machine, if you absolutely have to work on vacation.

I have practiced real estate management and development for 30 years. Extra care and attention was placed in the construction and decoration of this villa. My philosophy is that all details should be taken care of for the guest before their arrival so that their stay is all about their vacation.

Perfect, quiet location yet close to anything we need. Spectacular views from both sides of the house. The best beach on the island, Magen's Bay, is close by as well as some excellent restaurants and a great convenience store with fresh meats at Mandahl Bay only 5 minutes away.
