Why the Owner Chose Athens
This house belonged to my beloved great aunt Myrt and I have wonderful memories of happy visits there. Saving this historic house has been one of my proudest achievements.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I particularly enjoy the woodsy setting and the sound of the 60-foot waterfall at the nearby Apalachee River.
