My mother and I have stayed in this condo a couple of times. It is always our first choice when we come to LB for a visit. I just read the poor review it received and could not disagree more. The unit has always been very cleaned, the view is wonderful and the owner great to work with. She does not deserve such a poor review. I highly recommend this unit to anyone.

This unit has everything you need and more. My wife and I stayed here for 9 days and were very happy with our choice. The owner met us when we arrived, showing us the secure parking and all the nice features of this property. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and faces the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the cable TV had all the channels you could want. The property is located convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will recommend this property to friends & family, it is now our first choice of places to stay when we travel to Long Beach.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Visiting from Germany and stayed in this great condo. Owner is very kind and helpful. She was very accessible from Day 1, gave us good tips for local things to check out. Had some issues to get internet and TV working, and she was there within 1 hr and got it working. Ofcourse it was our mistake, BUT No.1 Customer service I have ever experienced. Simply Best Everything in this condo was in great condition and the view is amazing. Loved sitting in the balcony and enjoy the 360 ocean view Just read a previous comment - WTF! - I think you left a review for the wrong place. Why the hell did you write it after a year! Anyways - I completely loved living in this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Needs work

Stayed for 6 weeks in July & August 2010. Had to hire a cleaning service to clean it before we could put our food and clothing away. 5 trash bags of outdated food in pantry and refrig. I won't even go into what was under the sink. Big rip in bedspread, linens need to be replaced. Dirty rugs. Had to spray Fabreeze on the pillows on the couch because they smelled musty. Very dark in bathrooms. Needs thorough cleaning... and replacing linens and pillows... View not what I expected. Two stools in kitchen as "eating area". Since we were on contract for 6 weeks, I felt stuck and very disappointed. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Owner response:I personally meet ever renter and tour the unit with them to make sure everything is fine and there are no issue. I met these renters when they arrived and talked to them a couple times during there stay. They never once made any negative comment or gave me a opportunity to fix anything. They wrote this review over 1 year after their stay and you can see the people who rented this condo right before had a completely different opinion. I have to disagree with most of the comments. My unit is always cleaned by professionals before a stay. The people who clean my place also cleans about 50 other condos in the two buildings. Never had a problem. If they would have told me something was missed the cleaning service would have gone back immediately and corrected it. The sheets and towels are very high quality with 800 thread count. The carpets are off white and are professionally cleaned frequently. The unit is on the corner and very bright with lots of windows. The only valid complaint they made is about the dining area. There is no dining room. The builder did not make a specific dining room in any unit. The pictures do not show a dining room. I did place a small counter high table with two bar stools at the end of the center island in the kitchen. This may have not been their specific taste for their home, but should not have received such a negative comment for a review. All I can say is that every other person staying there has made positive comments and have loved staying there. I am very accessible and easy to work with. I truly want everyone staying there to have a great time and enjoy their stay. If there was any issue, I would hope the occupants would give me an opportunity to fix it. I always give the renters my cell phone and tell them do not hesitate to contact me with any issues. I live near by and never feel bad for contacting me.

Great place, nice owner to work with, the condo is new and furnishings are great, great floor plan. Cant ask for anything more, great location, great unit, great owner.

We had a great time in this upscale condo. It was close to several attractions - Aquarium of the Pacific - The Queen Mary - several good restaurants (for example - Bubba Gumps and 555 Steakhouse) and Farmers Market. We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool and the views of the ocean from the wrap around balcony. The property was very clean, well maintained and secure. Everyone, especially the owner, at the condo was extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here - it's much better than stayng in a hotel - more room to spread out and have some privacy.

Weekend of Rest and Relaxation

This Condo was very nice… the location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. We had a ladies weekend get-away and it was great, it felt safe and secure and that was important for us. We were able to rent bikes, to ride on the bike path near the beach, walk to good restaurants or stay in and enjoy the amenities of the condo. We worked out in the gym, sat in the Jacuzzi and even considered grilling on the outside grill in the pool area. The place was very nice and the owner was very personable and helpful. The condo even came with an assigned parking space which was nice. I would definitely recommend Susan and her condo to future visitors; I am planning on hopefully being one of her frequent guest renters. ( the pictures reflect the condo exactly)

This condo exceeded my expectations. The place was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The building was very secure with nice amenities. This corner unit's location provided amazing views. The proximity to restarants and shopping was ideal. The owner was warm and welcoming. I am looking forward to returning to Long Beach's little slice of paradise, next time I am in the LA area.
