This villa is located right between the Olympic-size swimming pool with spa and the smaller, more intimate free form swimming pool. It also offers 24 Hour Guarded Community (Live Guard 24 Hours), Ten Clay Tennis Courts, Two Indoor Racquetball Courts, Barbecue Area, Manicured Grounds with Beautiful Shrubs, Plants and Palm Trees, Large Community Room for Private Parties, Free Health Club - Indoor Pool, Weights, Cardio, Yoga, Aerobic Classes (All the Above Are Free to All Guests)
Ample parking is directly in front of building and guests are furnished with a vehicle guest pass upon check in at the guardhouse. No pets are allowed pursuant to Homeowners Association bylaws. This is a non-smoking villa.
Fiddler's Cove is located near the center of the island and three blocks off William Hilton Parkway - Route 278 - which is the main road onto and through the island.
This complex is a short, five-minute walk to Folly Field Beach If you prefer not to walk, parking is offered for a small fee. Shower and baths are provided on boardwalk. . Bike rentals are very easy to arrange with complimentary drop off and pick up.
