Why the Owner Chose Virginia Beach
Sandbridge is just a short drive from our home in Richmond and very close to the Norfolk Airport. It is conveniently located near the city of Virgnia Beach which offers night life, amusements, restaurants and entertainment - yet is a quiet, safe and peaceful residential beach community with everyday conveniences very close by. In fact, the condo is just steps to the beach and market, or a short bike ride to False Cape and Back Bay parks. Kids love the donuts from the market each morning! The condo building provides added security and privacy as well as use of pool, fitness room, garage and outdoor showers.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy long walks on the beach & neighborhoods, bike rides on the quiet beach roads and into the park. During the summer, the local fire station hosts a weekly family Bingo! We enjoy carrying in pizza by the pool, games and puzzles with the kids, building sand castles, flying kites, and collecting shells on the beach. Body Surfing is a blast. Often times we can watch a wedding from the lifeguard stand on a summer night! A local summer concert series began last summer and we look forward to making that a tradition. There is so much to do in Sandbridge as well as Va Beach. A little further down the road is First Landing State Park with great running and biking paths as well as beach access. The boardwalk, mini-golf, Maritime Museum and go-carts are among our favorite summer traditions. We hope you'll enjoy making your own memories here, too.
