This luxurious, family home is perfect to accommodate a group of friends or a family reunion. Just steps from Lake Michigan's best beach, this house was designed to offer a great atmosphere and allow plenty of space so that everyone can enjoy a relaxing vacation.
The first floor features a great room with fireplace which opens up to a screened-in porch and user friendly gourmet kitchen with all the modern conveniences. There is a dining area for 13 and a conversation area perfect for entertaining or just winding down. Plenty of bathrooms throughout the house make sharing space easy. Wade Inn is handicapped accessible and has a queen bedroom and handicapped accessible shower and sink located on the first floor. Also located on the first floor is a powder room and a second bedroom with a TV and daybed with pop up trundle.
The second floor features three spacious bedrooms: a master king bed and bath with whirlpool tub, a bunkroom - twin on top, full on bottom (great for kids) connected to a jack and jill full bath, and a queen bed with private deck connected to jack and jill bath. There is a common access to the second floor sundeck perfect for taking in some afternoon sun or enjoying a good book.
The tower room, which is a third story loft that sleeps two in a queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and boasts great views of Beachwalk. The interior of the house features warm unique design with a skylight, and hand-milled wood work. This house really says, "You are on vacation!"
A great feature of this house is its full finished basement with full bath and laundry which offers a large open space with fireplace, TV, and game table.

This house is located just a short walk from Lake Michigan's best beach and offers great amenities such as access to the park, the pool, and Lake Kai. They offer full laundry rooms and gas grills to barbecue. All you need to complete this vacation is a trip to the grocery store, beach towels, and some fun fellow vacationers!
Three additional homes called Corner Shop Hope (sleeps 14) and Vacation Station (main house sleeps 12) and guest house Bus Stop (sleeps four) are also available. Any combination of these four homes make for an even bigger family reunion.

Our neighborhood features avant-garde architecture nestled between sweeping sand dunes. Picture a sleepy winter hamlet with a fresh coat of lake effect snow, sitting or reading by the fire, kids sledding, and you can see what it's like in the winter.
Activities abound right outside your doorstep including tennis, basketball, sand volleyball, pool, park, along with Lake Kai, a smaller lake for fishing and swimming. A few steps down Beachwalk Lane bring you to Lake Michigan's best beach. A stay in Wade Inn will be unforgettable!
