Each year our family comes from different parts of the world to spend a week together at or close to Christmas. Since the family consists of divers and animal lovers we decided on your area and wow that was a great decision. The house is beautiful, it has everything needed with the exception of food , although there was fresh fruit available. How nice is that. The back yard is wonderfully decorated and most welcoming. The fire pit is great for late night get togethers. We are thankful for you offering your home to us for rental and hope you continue to do so. We rented the upstairs and the downstairs, they are both most wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable, well decorated, warm feeling. Felt like coming home. Would recommend this home many times. Easy access to shops, restaurants, activities, parks, water, etc. The kayaks and the paddle boat were a wonderful addition.

We bought this rental in an auction and did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful house and view. Even the fresh cut flowers on the table! The air conditioner went out but was fixed very quickly. We will definitely be back to the “Bimini”!

I truly cannot say enough about this property, the owners have gone above and beyond to make you feel at home. My only advice is to make your vacation as long as possible because you will not want to leave.

Very roomy and nice. We sat on the dock for hours in the afternoon/evening trying to catch the tarpon we saw rolling in the canal. Got one into our hands and it started fighting and got loose. Had one hooked two more times but it broke the line. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

We rented both houses for our two families and we were so comfortable. We absolutely loved this place and will be coming back!! They have thought of everything at this place. You truly just need to bring yourself and your clothes because everything else is here.

We had a wonderul time. Your place is beautiful. We came here for our 25th anniversary. We wanted to go somewhere different and also to swim with the manatees. Everywhere we went to eat and shopping, the people were so nice and pleasant. We are coming back next year. We will recommend this property!!!

This was a good VRBO experience, and we've had several. The pictures and list of ammenities are accurate. We stayed upstairs and friends downstairs, so we had the benefit of the whole house, yard, and docks to ourselves. Close quarters if non-travel companions were in one of the units, which happened on our last day there. This is a neighborhood, which is hard to envision via photos on-line, and they are close, but not instrusive in any way, other than hearing their conversations when outside. Everything very close-by. K-Mart, Publix, Manatee diving groups, other springs, fishing oppportunities. Our children fished day and night from the docks at the house, caught a variety of fish. Can't swim in the canal, in case you are thinking you can. Overall, a spacious, comfortable, reasonable VRBO listing.

The pictures do not do justice for this rental! Very spacious and clean and decorated beautifully. The yard is so well maintained and every detail within the home is geared to the guest. Added details such as a fresh fruits basket and fresh flowers in each bathroom was a welcomed surprise. We were able to watch manatee from the dock as well as an alligator. We will definitely be back!!!!

We were 6 adults who rented this unit last week. The photos were exact. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the amenities, and the location on the canal. It was also quiet and uncrowded. In fact we hope to return next year as we want to snorkel with the manatees on a yearly basis!

This home has it all. My husband and I stayed at the house along with two other couples and it was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and plentiful in space. The kitchen had everything we needed for to do our own cooking. The screened in balcony was perfect for those relaxing evenings after a day of scalloping to watch the sunset. I will be returning.

This is a great place in which to spend a long weekend, a week or a month. Two couples, plus four leg friend, stayed there in early June and everything was like new. The house sits on a waterway and we were able to keep our boat right behind the place. I highly recommend VRBO 245454.
