This was a great south beach rental! It was really quiet so i could sleep well but very close to all the action on the "strip". The window opens out to the beach so you get all of the natural sunlight but there are curtains if you choose to close them. The rental could easily sleep 3-4ppl but this trip it was only me. The bed and the futon were both really comfortable. I slept on both and the futon was soo long and deep that a 6ft man could be perfectly comfortable on it. All of the necessities were included with the rental, similar to a hotel so that was helpful. Especially if you didnt check your bag and needed soap and shampoo. Lovely place. Clean! Comfortable. Great location. It's literally on ocean. It's the front unit of the building right on ocean. It wasn't noisy at night though. I had a great time at the apt. Very convenient, clean and over all a great set up. Would def. stay again!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for a week while I worked at the Miami Boat Show & my husband worked at R & R! Great location, walking distance to restaurants $ to $$$. The condo was clean, well maintained & very well appointed for our needs. Very small refrigerator but perfect for breakfast items & beverages. Linens were nice, furniture comfortable. Great flat screen TV with many cable channels. Big front window is maybe 10 feet away from busy Ocean Drive but the tourist noise died around 11 PM as the restaurants closed down for the night. Units in building undergoing construction so there was a little bit of noise during the day. Heating & air conditioning were adequate & kept us comfortable. TGI Friday's & an Outback were near by & up to their usual quality. Gellato shop next door. Ocean 7 was a place we visited twice and was very good both times, also within walking distance. Don't miss Grillfish for a nice seafood dinner off the tourist strip, about a 10 block walk. A place about a block & a half away had a $4.50 breakfast special. All in all a great location for two people.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Cancellation policy:
1. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: lessee agrees that the premises shall be occupied by no more than 3 persons without prior approval. If it is discovered that more than this have stayed there, we will retain your deposit. 2. ANIMALS. Lessee shall keep no domestic or other animals on or about the leased premises without prior approval. 3. Cancellations occurring at least 45 days prior to arrival date, will receive a total refund less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations 1-44 days prior to arrival date, all monies shall be forfeited, unless we can re-rent the condo, and then you are just charged the $150 cancellation fee. 50% cancellation fee if canceled more than 21 to 8 days prior to arrival There are no refunds for cancellations within 8 days or for holidays or special events. 4. Check in time is 3pm (we will accommodate earlier check-ins if possible) Check out time is noon (we will accommodate later check-outs up to 2pm if possible) $75 fee for lost building or room keys 5. This is a NO SMOKING property. Any smoking and the security deposit will be forfeited
