Studio is 2/3 carpeted and 1/3 linoleum with built in cabinets, sink, hot plate, microwave, blender, crock pot and fridge. Fully equipped including kitchen dishes, pots and pans etc. linens, towels. High speed internet (cable or wireless). Plus separate ¾ private bath, private entrance from lovely front yard with trail access. Also private from the rest of the house. 2 blocks from Broadway and bus line, groceries, restaurants, coffee shop. 3 miles to downtown Boulder. Queen size bed. 2 occupants maximum. No Pets.
