High speed internet (cable or wireless). Plus separate ¾ private bath, private entrance from lovely front yard with trail access. Also private from the rest of the house. 2 blocks from Broadway and bus line, groceries, restaurants, coffee shop. 3 miles to downtown Boulder. Queen size bed. 2 occupants maximum. No Pets.
