Vasari Country Club membership can be transferred ($400 plus tax) if required enabling renters to enjoy fantastic value UNLIMITED GOLF (Cart Hire extra). The championship golf course is Gordon Lewis designed. Formal and casual dining is available at the clubhouse, as is tennis (clay courts) and gymnasium facilities. From May 1-October 31, facilities to play for cart fees only at over 30 participating reciprocal clubs in the area.

The master suite provides a fabulous golf course view, a raised KING size bed, handcrafted Heritage furniture , with TV, separate bathroom with whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, and easy access to the great room. Two further guest rooms (one with QUEEN size bed and the other with TWIN separate beds) each with their own completely private bathrooms are sited at each corner of the villa – with easy access to the great room. This gives comfort to invited guests while making the villa comforts and facilities easily accessible to them. A spacious great room invites it's guests to enjoy the TV, CD, DVD and VCR players all sited in an automatic entertainment centre – with electronic drop down large screen TV when not in use. Access from the great room to the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area seating six, breakfast bar and state of the art appliances would please any "chef". Walk outside to a huge fully equipped screened lanai and “outside kitchen” featuring a full gas barbecue, eight further seats and beautiful views to the ninth green – further complement the chef’s facilities with a barbecue “talent”. Closest sandy beach with full recreational sporting facilities,including jetskining,parasailing. Local beach cafe serving light lunches and of coures beer or wine on tables --set on the beach itself.

Mostly retired British business executive with homes in London and Spain. Some business contacts remaining -- but hoping to retire completely in Florida in the next two years. Fit enough to play golf as often as possible -- whilst flying model aircraft whenever the weather and time permits.Really love Vasari Country club -- and continue to live close to our first house in Florida which is now rented.
