The Garden Avenue home is 4 blocks from the Coeur d’Alene 5 Star Resort and 4 blocks from Lake Coeur d’Alene. What does that mean? All the tourist shopping, art galleries, local bars, the best restaurants, watercraft rentals, touring companies, the Hitching Post, Tubbs Hill, Fort Sherman Park, the Bandshell, City Beach, and North Idaho College are within walking distance.
The lot across the street is undeveloped, lending to partial views of the lake in the winter time. As you can imagine, Garden Avenue boasts beautiful trees and foliage in the summer time. The Coeur D'Alene Resort puts on several world-class firework shows for various holidays throughout the year and those are clearly enjoyed from the Master Balcony or the front yard. Check our calendar for availability to coincide your visit with great activities... especially IronMan, Car d'Alene, and Art on the Green.
The inside and outside of the house are best enjoyed through pictures. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths comfortably accommodating 10 in beds. The Master Suite is upstairs and has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and enough space for additional sleeping area. There is a community bathroom upstairs and a third is downstairs. The other three bedrooms have queen size beds. The office has a futon which converts to a full size bed. Sleeping bags on floors and couch crashers are welcome if your group has more than 10. There is a full patio area with a Stainless BBQ overlooking the beautiful rose garden and Tubbs Hill in the background.
