The first word that comes to mind when you walk into this unit is RELAXATION. Open up the sliding door and let the sights and sounds of the beach melt away your stress... With all of the recent upgrades this unit is a master-piece on the beach. You will enjoy your views whether you are on the balcony viewing the beach, soaking up the sun at the pools or in the unit looking at the décor’.
The living room includes a new sleeper sofa and coordinating love seat with a beautiful palm tree motif and new blackout drapes. There is also an armoire with a 42' Flat Screeen TV and DVD player. The dining table seats four comfortably with additional seating around the huge kitchen counter top, and there is an adjoining bar for making that perfect cocktail. Also just installed, all new hardwood flooring which looks fabulous and 2 large oversized area rugs in the living room and dining room
The kitchen was recently renovated and, I enjoy cooking, so you should find everything you need for preparing a full meal or just making a snack before heading down to the beach. We opened up the entire kitchen, dining room and living room for ample space to entertain friends and family.
The master bedroom has a King size bead and this room is decorated in a palm tree decor. You have ample closet space and a large connecting master bathroom which includes a walk in shower with travertine tile.
The guest room is decorated in the same tone as the master. This room has a two (2) twin size beds and also features a TV/DVD player, and a connecting bath. The living room has a full size fold out sofa bed as well.
Edgewater Resort is located on Panama City Beach, along the beautiful emerald coastline of white sandy beaches. The water is crystal clear and beautiful. Our property was wonderful all last season and still remains that way now and into the future.
Within Edgewater's 110 acres, guests will enjoy the most extensive list of amenities and activities available in Panama City Beach, including live seasonal entertainment, children recreation program, personal shopping service, tram service, health club, shuffle board and the the best tennis facility in the area with 12 courts and a FABULOUS TENNIS PRO...
If you want to plan a day away from the beach then you have options here too!! Do you like to shop? Then Pier Park is your destination with over 100 shops and restaurants located within a 1.2 million square foot open air mall. You can stroll through cute little local shops or spend the day with old faithful's like Dillard's, Target, and Old Navy. This will be your one stop shop that everyone in the family will enjoy. All of this is within a 2 mile radious from your resort. Across the street is bowling, resturants and a kids arcade. Of course the resort has Oceans Bar & Grill, a great full service resturant, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and a open air Bar by the lagoon pool. The Lagoon Pool is a tremendous 11,000 sq foot pool with water falls and a tiki hut too. The property has 12 pools and 6 hots tubs as well.

Thank you for sharing your gorgeous condo with us. It is beautifully decorated. The condo is so close to the pool and the spa and beach which is better than having to walk a great distance. I love the new furniture and the flat screen tv. The master bedroom is beautiful as well as the master bath. Firefly restaurant, across the street from the condo, was excellent. Pier Park shopping was nearby. We also rented a pontoon for the day which was a lot of fun.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Kim, I tried to find a place on the website to leave a review but I couldn't find one. Please see below and feel free to post this on your website if you like. Thank you so much for letting us stay at this wonderful condo in April of 2011. It is so convenient to everything and has a wonderful view. We didn't get to stay very long, but the accommodations were perfect and your hospitality is very much appreciated. I would love to stay here again but hopefully longer next time. I just wanted to let you know that I received the refund check. Thank you for that. Bill and I had a really nice time in Panama City. Your condo was just right for us, the view is awesome, and the Edgewater was delightful. We ate our weight in peel and eat shrimp! The spring break revelers didn’t cause any problems, except the 1 a.m. fire drill the night before we were leaving. That was no big deal though, considering that it was only one night. The weather was absolutely perfect so I got lots of time to just sit on the beach and read. That was something I haven’t done in years. About the owner: I have been visitng Panama City Beach since Spring Break in High School... that would be the early Seventies...WOW...and then my husband fell in love with the area shortly after that. We love the way the area has developed and throughly enjoy every opportunity that we get to spend time at the beach...
Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort:
My husband and I enjoy the white sugary beach and the clear blue-green waters of Panama City Beach. The beach here is as pretty as any that we have ever seen. If you like to boat, be sure to visit Shell Island. It is a 30 minute ride by boat, the water is spectacular, it is completely undeveloped, private and a wonderful way to spend the day. Along the way you will see Dolphins playing in the bay...and the fishing is great too!! There is great shopping in the area, great resturants, golfing, tennis and entertainment.
