Beautifully landscaped and spacious upstairs floor of newly renovated house. The house is fully equipped with towels, linens, cookware, and all the essentials to make your vacation fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. The house is bright and airy with lots of windows, skylights, cathedral ceilings, and a large living area that spills onto a spacious 35 x 12 foot deck and outdoor living space.
Large master bedroom with a queen sized bed, ample closet and full bathroom. Two additional queen sofa sleepers in the living area. All bedrooms and living areas equipped with cable tv, computer, and internet access.
A 2nd guest bedroom is located on the first floor with it's own private entrance, microwave, refrigerator, and 2nd bathroom. It has a trundle bed that converts to a king or two twins.
Washer dryer is located on the first floor.

Year Purchased: 2004
I've paid a lot of detail to the renovation and furnishing of this vacation home, which I use on the weekends primarily. My full-time residence is in Manhattan and I've enjoyed the use of this house over several summers, and have rented out my guest bedroom during the summers. Each year I've added something new to the house. This year, it's the white stone walkway and a front entry fence -- keeps the deer out of my beautiful landscaping.
Why the Owner Chose Sag Harbor
This is one of the most beautiful areas in the world, in my opinion. Sag Harbor is a first class sailing community because of it's unique geography, and as a result, the community attracts some of the most interesting people in the world.
The Unique Benefits of this House
You can't live in the area and not take up sailing. The community offers sailing lessons and one season I took those lessons as well as the Coast Guard sailing safety course. As luck would have it, the week I took my lessons we had 3 days of virtually no wind, and the last 2 days of small craft advisory warnings!
