Hi, I am Wendy and I have owned my townhouse since it was built in 2001. I travel frequently and love the ability to share it with others when I am out of town. We have a farmer's market every Friday just down my street, Fiesta de Las Artes every Memorial and Labor Day weekend. Summer concerts and movies on the beach, what more could you ask for?
Why the Owner Chose Hermosa Beach
I grew up in Los Angeles but only discovered the beach when I was a teenager. I just fell in love with the South Bay. We get the best combination of weather and lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
I have the best location... not too close to the beach-and expense while still being only a 5 min walk. My townhouse is on a very quiet street but only a block away from all the action. I am also closer to the main park, tennis and basketball courts -which is great for families.
