About the owner: I have owned a Insurance brokerage for about 30 years when we were in Sarasota, Fl. I sold my brokerage 6 years ago and moved to the Lake Placid area . My wife & I got involved in Real Estate investing and now have rental homes in the Lake Placid area. This is really a beautiful area with over 30 lakes and many golf courses. This is really a real sleeper area here in Fl. I find that when people visit this area, they will find the peacefullness and serenity, they will be back.
Why the Owner Chose Sebring:
I was a hardcore tournament fisherman for 25 years. Lake Istokpoga was one of my favorite tourney lakes so I bought this home. This home is in a great location on the lake and I have personally caught 10 fish over 10LBS from our lake. We are only 10 minutes by water to Istokpoga park were most of the tournaments kick off. Come see why we fell in love with this Lake and the area.

Our home is located in one of the widest, deepest, and best canals into the Lake. We have some of the best bass fishing right outside our canal. You'll be in the lake within a couple of minutes. Our Lanai is 25ft from the water. A great place to have your morning coffee watching the wildlife.
