Fishing is great, surfing, skim boarding, loads of Miniature golf courses, Fantasy Island (small amusement park) and shopping in Beach Haven 9 miles down the island or climb Barnegat lighthouse at the other end of Island. Beautiful sandy beaches and great place to relax SUN and Fun. Golf courses nearby include Ocean acres course just off the Island in Manahawkin and Mystic Isles course over in Tuckerton about 5 miles south off route 9. There are bicycles to rent and Parasailing at the end of the island in Barnegat light, also jet skis to rent and small sail and power boats for rent for crabing and fishing and sailing or just joy riding>

Love to fish, crab, clam, surf, swim, water ski, jet ski, play Mini golf with my kids and just relax from all the stress of work life.It is middle of June and they are really catching Bluefish 6-10 pounds each on Doris Mae IV out of Barnegat light at nite and 5lb flounder by day on same boat, if you like to fish. two golf courses Ocean Acres and Mystic Isles are in easy reach of LBI

I am a seashore person all my life, love to go to the shore in the summer and fall. Blue fishing and flounder fishing is great times. I also like to swim at the beach and ride the waves, ie.. body surf.

I have been to this house 6 times and would never stay anywhere else. The house is large and family friendly. The location couldn't be better with direct access to the bay and the beach just a few blocks away, even the neighbors have welcomed my family each year. The owners are fantastic and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house and I look forward to going back again next year!

We had a very pleasant stay at the house. The site is beautiful and very relaxing. You can view the bay from the dock or walk or ride your bike a few blocks to the ocean. There is plenty of room in the house and the kitchen is very well- equiped for any cooking or baking. Grilling was easy and fun. The house has that perfect LBI charm!

I would recommend this house to anyone. It's very spacious and comfortable. The location is as good as it gets. Just walk out the back door and you have your own bay. You don't need to go to the beach, you get sunshine all day on the back deck. And, as an added bonus you have your own dock so bring your boat! Also there is plenty of parking room.

Really nice house and neighborhood 4room for family and friends. My friends and I had a great time staying here. Owner was Great ~~ very kind I will come there soon thank u i used jet ski .. it was very nice...price was125 for 1hours

This home is wonderful. The bay view is unbeatable and its just a few blocks from the beach. My finance and I stayed for an engagement party weekend and we loved the house. Very spacious and in a great location. The owners also made our stay easy. Hope to visit again!

We have been coming to LBI and staying in this great old house for the past 11 years. This is a comfortable and roomy home that is great for vacationing with family or friends. Our children have come to consider this our second home. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to the bay beach, the ocean beach, plenty of shops, and the causeway to the mainland. The back yard is right on the bay and great for swimming, boating, kayaking, crabbing or just admiring the view. Bob and Rosalie Holtzheimer are wonderful. They are attentive to your needs and respectful of your privacy. This is a great find.

This was my first time in L.B.I and couldn't be happier with the house. It has a lot of space for families. The house was clean and well kept, located in a quiet neighborhood , with a beautiful view of the bay. I'm surely going to book another stay in the near future.

I have been going to LBI my entire life, and this house was the best I've stayed in so far. Beautiful views of the bay, nice and quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for family and friends. My friends and I had a great time staying here and will certainly be returning in the future.
